At DM Craze, we want every client to be completely satisfied with our work. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.
1. Retainer Services
Monthly retainer fees cover the planning, resources and team time reserved for your account. Once a billing cycle has started, the fee for that cycle is non-refundable. You may cancel future cycles with 30 days’ written notice.
2. One-Time Projects
- Before work begins: a full refund of the advance, minus any third-party costs already incurred.
- After work has started: a partial refund proportionate to the work not yet completed.
- After final delivery: no refunds are applicable.
3. Advertising Spend
Money spent on advertising platforms such as Meta, Google or LinkedIn is paid to those platforms and cannot be refunded by DM Craze.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@dmcraze.com with your invoice number and reason for the request. Our team will respond within 3 business days.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
